Recruit Baseball is dedicated to the advancement of our players' baseball skills, their minds and bodies, sportsmanship, and their desire to do their very best in every situation. Our coaches, instructors, and staff are committed to the betterment and growth of each athlete both on and off the field. We expect our players and families to demonstrate the same level of dedication, accountability, and determination that we bring to the organization every day. Our commitment to our players is unwavering, and we are humbled by the opportunity to play a meaningful role in their development as young men and baseball players.

The Recruit Way combines a family-oriented culture with a highly competitive development environment. Players have access to former Major League Baseball players, professional instructors, current and former collegiate coaches, advanced training technology, and year-round development opportunities through The Facility. Our goal is to prepare every player to enter high school ready to compete for a Varsity baseball position while building the skills, habits, baseball IQ, and character necessary to succeed at the next level. As players advance, the Recruit Pathway Program provides additional collegiate recruiting, scouting, showcase, and exposure opportunities through our in-house recruiting staff and network of college coaches from across the country.

Our teams compete in highly competitive travel baseball leagues throughout Oakland and Macomb County, as well as select regional and national tournaments. We challenge our players against strong competition because we believe growth comes from being tested. We teach the game the way it is meant to be played—through hard work, attention to detail, accountability, and respect for the game. We play hard, we play to win, and we do so while demonstrating the highest levels of sportsmanship, integrity, and character. Our expectation is simple: Show Up. Work Hard. Listen.
